Durant has been pilloried from post to post about his performances in the playoffs against the Boston Celtics. He has not helped by being very defensive about the criticisms he is getting. LeBron James has been the target of harsh criticism since his rookie days but it has become intense. His team, the Los Angeles Lakers have not qualified for even the playoffs. There have been question marks all over them and their teams.
Stephen Curry on LeBron James and Kevin Durant not being in this stage of the playoffs:
“You're still going to see those guys back, Bron, KD, all those guys you mentioned. It ain't like they're just going to ride off into the sunset either.” pic.twitter.com/yNSW2XR6Yt

But Steph Curry has defended them over these questions. He said, ?You’re still going to see those guys back, Bron, KD, all those guys you mentioned. It ain’t like they’re just going to ride off into the sunset either.?
He mentioned that when they were young, players like Kevin Garnett, and Tim Duncan were extending their peaks and were still playing and it will still happen when the next generation will come to the fore again.
Stephen Curry, LeBron and Kevin Durant
Curry, James, and Durant were mostly at their primes during similar times. Curry has won three NBA rings with the elite Golden State team consisting of Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.
He is an elite three-point shooter and already has the most three-point field goals. Curry basically changed how the NBA is played. He won 2015, 2017, and 2018 titles. The last two championships he won with Kevin Durant also by his side.
Durant was already an ace shooter at the Oklahoma City Thunder franchise. From 2010 to 2014, he won four scoring titles, becoming one of only two players to win four scoring titles in a five-year span. By 2013, he was shooting at a historically great clip, which helped him become one of only nine members of the 50?40?90 club.

This ability to impact the offense in a variety of ways helped Durant remain effective and improve an already elite offense upon joining the Warriors in 2016.
LeBron is LeBron. His accomplishments are many. Four-time NBA champion, he is one of the greatest ever to have played the game.
