Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors lock horns against Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics in an epic battle for the NBA title. And the fans are expecting a great Game-1 to start off the Finals.?

After a two-year absence in the playoffs, the Golden State Warriors are straight through to the NBA Finals. The Celtics are back in the Finals for the first time since 2010 under head coach Doc Rivers.

The much experienced and time-tested Warriors go up against a relatively young and energetic Celtics team.

The Golden State Warriors welcome the Boston Celtics to the Chase Center for Game-1 of the Finals. And in this year?s playoffs so far, the Warriors haven?t lost a game at the Chase Center.

It would be interesting to see whether the record will still be intact after the first game.?

Stephen Curry and the Warriors displayed their potential throughout the playoffs. They were so dominant and didn?t need a Game-7 in the playoffs. The Celtics, on the other hand, played two Game-7s in the playoffs.?

They also went through great teams to reach the Finals. They defeated Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets, then Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, and finally Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat.

That is no easy feat and would give them enormous confidence. And this could help the Celtics not be overwhelmed when they face the Warriors.?

There might not be a lot of changes in terms of lineups. But there is a possibility that Gary Payton II could be available for the Warriors as per reports.?

So far in the playoffs, Stephen Curry is averaging 25.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game. And the fans would be hopeful that Curry could rack up numbers like that. For the Celtics, Jayson Tatum averages 27 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game in the playoffs.?

Both teams have great offensive as well as defensive personnel to challenge for the coveted NBA championship. However, the Warriors? depth could prove pivotal for them.?
