Stephen Curry with the Warriors has won 3 NBA titles, and 2 MVPs. Over the years, he became the player with the most three-pointers in the history of the NBA and leads the list by a big margin. He has even won an All-Stars MVP. But one individual award which he has not had a chance to get his hands on has been the NBA finals MVP.

After winning the Conference finals MVP, Steph was asked about what it would mean for him to win the finals MVP this year. He answered that it means everything to him. He shared how much joy he experienced when Andre Iguodala won in 2015 and then Kevin Durant won in 2017 and 2018. Steph said that happiness is amazing even if his team member won it before. It would be a moment of a lifetime if and when he himself wins it. He clearly meant that if he gets that honor, he would be very much honored.

I think for us to win this championship, get three more wins, and hold that O?Brien trophy like I’m gonna have to keep playing the way that I am and hold myself to that standard.”
