The Golden State Warriors, from 2017 to 2019, was considered to be one of the greatest NBA teams of all time. The team comprised of generational players in Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant as well as Hall of Famers in Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. Many consider this team to be the greatest, ever over Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls.

The Chicago Bulls Dynasty on the other hand has won six titles in eight years and they were the most dominant force in the 90s. During that time, the team comprised of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman and it was coached by the legendary Phil Jackson.

There has been a lot of debate on which team between them is the greatest and Stephen Curry had previously stated that he believes his team can beat the Bulls in six games.

“I said it,” says Stephen Curry

Curry was recently on The Players Tribune podcast where he talked about various topics like his journey to the NBA and playing in Golden State. Subsequently, he was asked about his statement that the Warriors could beat the Bulls. Curry explained” It’s the best place to sit because I could be right, I could be wrong ain’t nobody could ever find out… The Best part is I talked to MJ over the Summer. And he would be disappointed I think If I didn’t have confidence in my team.”

“Because If anybody is going to try to measure up to him and the dynasty of the Bulls and you cant have no other attitude and that so I love it though… You know how great he is… The greatest ever like.”

It would have definitely been an exciting game to watch. The players on both teams are Hall of Famers and it would have been a legendary matchup. With Curry vs Jordan, Pippen vs Durant, and Rodman vs Green, the match would surely have been a must-watch, ever for a non-NBA fan.

The two different coaching styles would have made an interesting strategic battle. The Battle between the greatest team of each era would have been iconic, but sadly, we have no way to find out who is the greatest team between the two.
