It is none other than DeMar DeRozan who once rejected the Warriors. Sacrificing their younger core will allow the Warriors to add DeRozan while also having Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson in their team.
The Warriors can add another superstar alongside Stephen Curry
The Golden State Warriors have been one of the best teams in the past decade. They won four NBA titles in a row and are widely considered one of the greatest teams ever.
The Warriors already have a team full of superstars like Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and others. DeMar DeRozan will be an interesting signing if the Warriors decide to pull it off.
He had a brilliant 2021-22 NBA season but was eliminated fairly early in the playoffs. According to a report, the Warriors can land him if they offer James Wiseman, Jonathan Kuminga, Donte DiVincenzo, Patrick Baldwin Jr, and the 2026 1st-Round Pick (Lottery Protected) to the Chicago Bulls.
Interestingly enough, prior to joining the Bulls in 2021, DeRozan was approached by the Warriors. He said, “F**k no” as revealed by Green who made the proposition to DeRozan.
