The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a disappointing loss at the hands of the Boston Celtics. A game that was arguably in the bag for the Lakers but for some missed free throws and a lackluster effort on defense which ended up costing them the game. So, in order to turn things around, the Lakers were hoping to grab a win against the Denver Nuggets in their next matchup, however maybe without Anthony Davis.?

LeBron James led the way in the first half of the game for LA. Anthony Davis and Austin Reaves helped James in taking some of the offensive load off of him. Yet the Nuggets were still in the lead going into the second half.

A problem area for the Los Angeles Lakers was considered to be Russell Westbrook?s performance, but he too has changed the course of his style of play which has really benefited the team. Plus, for a nine-time All-Star to take a smaller role for the team just goes to show how much Westbrook has matured over the years and understood how he can best make a difference for his team.

But now it seems like keeping Davis keeping healthy has become a major point of concern for the Lakers? front office. After their last loss to the Boston Celtics, the Lakers squad was seen playing football to blow off some steam.?

It was later revealed that Davis sustained a foot injury, as the Lakers eventually ran out victorious 126-108 on the night.?
