One such is the recent meeting of Kobe Bryant‘s daughters with their dad’s favorite teammate from Spain yesterday.?

The two-time champion from the Los Angeles Lakers, Pau Gasol was one of the NBA alums who caught the attention. Gasol made a special appearance this weekend as a coach for one of the teams of the Rising Stars. Moreover, the clutch performance from ‘Team Pau’ stole the show, as Jose Alvarado from the New Orleans Pelicans hit a game-winning three to win the competition.?

Fans showed nothing but love to Pau Gasol for his kind-hearted nature. ‘Team Pau’ beat ‘Team Deron’ and ‘Team Joakim’ to win the title. Alvarado from ‘Team Pau’, scored a total of 18 points in the two games along with a match-winning bucket to win the Rising Stars MVP. Gasol on Twitter took the time to share his appreciation for the team. Gasol indeed had a special night, with his team’s victory and reuniting with the NBA family.

Pau Gasol credits Kobe Bryant for Hall of Fame nomination

On Friday, the NBA announced the finalists for the 2023 Hall of Fame class. Pau Gasol who made it to the nominations credited Kobe Bryant for this huge achievement. Along with the Spanish center, former Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade, San Antonio Spurs legend Tony Parker, and German forward Dirk Nowitzki made it to the nomination.
