But Shaq maintained that if a team blows a 3-1 lead, it’s on the players for losing 3 or 4 games consecutively. And the players need to step it up. He also said that it’s an excuse to blame the head coach.?
He said that whenever he lost or got swept, it had nothing to do with the coach and it was all on him. Because he was ?driving the bus?. And Chuck and Shaq went back and forth arguing.?

And Kenny tried to end the discussion by saying, ?I think part of your individual greatness didn?t matter who coached you. However, you winning with your individual greatness was coaching!?. But Shaquille O?Neal stood his ground saying that it?s on the players if they lose a 3-1 lead.?
