Following in the footsteps of her father, Me’Arah O’Neal has been making waves in the world of basketball. At the young age of 17, she attracted the attention of elite colleges, receiving Division 1 offers from major schools like Louisiana State University and UCLA. Me’Arah’s extraordinary talent has also earned her a coveted position in the elite EYBL Nike league that is only open to the top high school prospects.
Me’Arah’s goals, though, go beyond playing college basketball. Her ultimate aim is to play in the WNBA, and she is doing all in her power to make this dream a reality. The gifted forward showed her commitment by recently taking part in Camp Hela, a training camp by Kyrie Irving. Following her attendance, Me’Arah O’Neal had a few words for Irving.
Me’Arah O’Neal shared a message for Kyrie Irving on her Instagram story. Her story featured a picture of Irving standing next to a towering Me’Arah. Along with the picture was the text, “beyond grateful and honored to learn from one of the greatest players ever. Appreciate you the long way Ky”

The 16-year-old also seemingly received her father’s genes. She currently sports an astounding height of 6’3″ and plays as a center, just like Shaq. Me’Arah has an excellent stat line of 5.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 2.5 blocks per game.
