Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest basketball players, but besides basketball, he is great at many things. One of those things is acting. Shaq has a cameo in many of Adam Sandler’s comedy movies, but it was not a coincidence.

Recently, Inside The NBA hosted by Shaq, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson, invited Adam Sandler. Shaq talked about how he used to beg Adam Sandler for movies in his playing days.

Adam Sandler has had a love for basketball from the time when he was a kid. He also told Inside The NBA about the basketball trophies he had. The Hollywood star later chose to be an actor but never stopped playing basketball and often had scrimmages with NBA players. He can be seen in NBA arenas enjoying a good match. That’s how he developed a friendship with Shaquille O’Neal.

Shaq revealed in Inside The NBA how he used to ask Sandler to cast him in a movie while the game was going on. During the conversation, Shaq said, “I always tell a story how I used to beg you to be in movies and they didn’t believe.” In response, what Sandler used to say was, “Win first Shaq! Win first.”

‘The Big Aristotle once told the story. He said, “He used to sit there with Jack Nicholson. I used to always, especially after I scored a bucket and the crowd goes crazy — I’d be like, Adam, give me a movie! And he would say, ‘Win a championship first.
