The episode started with the first set of statements revolving around facts on childbirth and large families. After picking the wrong statement, O’Neal was surprised to find out the correct one.

In the episode’s opening minutes, O’Neal and Rhodes conversed about having kids, family, and more. Later, the two started the game after an emotional confession by Rhodes on having her first child – a daughter.

Rhodes gave O’Neal three statements, and he was to pick one that he thought was true. The three statements made by Rhodes were, ” One woman had 69 kids all by herself”,?“There are two types of twins; Identical and Fraternal,”?and the last one,?“The trait of identical twins is a genetic trait and runs in the family.”??O’Neal picked the last statement, which was false.?

Rhodes revealed that the statement regarding the woman who had 69 kids was, in fact, the true statement. Consequently, O’Neal was shocked after finding out about the mind-blowing feat of the woman and left an amusing remark. O’Neal said, “She didn’t get no sleep.”?Following the comment, Rhodes revealed some more interesting facts about the woman.?

The woman referred to here is a Russian-born, reportedly named Valentina Vassilyev. She was the wife of Feodor Vassilyev, a peasant from Russia.

Mr. Vassilyev holds the record for bearing the most children in history. Moreover, according to local sources from Moscow, Russia, between 1725 and 1765, Mrs. Vassilyev gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets, over 27 separate labors. The total: 69 children.

The Big Diesel O’Neal, on the other hand, has fathered six children.
