Shaquille O’Neal is always upfront about his feelings and thoughts regarding his family. Shaq follows a number of rules to lead a healthy lifestyle. We can see some of his thoughts regarding these topics in his podcast, “The Big Podcast with Shaq.

In the recent interview, “The Big HOFer” he further elaborated on these topics. In the process, O’Neal shared some intimate specifics about his love life. Hall-of-Famer Tracy McGrady was also a part of the podcast. 

Following this, the former NBA All-Star explained how much he’s missing out on the NBA Top 75. The conversation then moved on to his Bleacher Report x Triller VERZUZ battle against Allen Iverson. And many other topics as well.

You must have heard about ‘Love Shaq University’ where Shaq gave advice to the audiences regarding ways to solve problems in their personal lives.

Furthermore, he shared some of his experiences and the lessons he learned from his life. Shaq answered some of the fan’s questions and gave them advice on how to have a good relationship with their partner.

While discussing past NBA games during the podcast. They ended up taking some of the advice that Shaq had on some of the love-related questions. With that said, he shared some of his Valentine’s Day ideas and perspectives.

During the podcast, some of the listeners shared their experiences following Shaq’s advice. His famous “PPL” Advice emphasizes Protect, Provide, and Love.

Shaq responded by mentioning the following theory,PPL stands for every man when it comes to a woman. Must abide by the PPL rules, some do, some don’t, Protect, Provide, and Love. You Protect your family, you protect your women, Even if you’re not with them, Don’t Matter if you don’t get along.

Continuing, he stated that if you have a baby with a woman, you must provide the PPL.
