NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal has gone through a fair bit of controversies himself. In the latest episode of the ‘Big Podcast with Shaq’, O’Neal was asked about the two separate controversies surrounding Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka. During the show, co-host Nischelle Turner brought it up. However, Shaq immediately stated that he does not want to speak about it. He admitted that he was a “serial cheater” himself and said that he was not proud about it.

O’Neal added he knows they will be going through a lot now because he went through a lot as well. The vocalist and model Behati Prinsloo are married since 2014 and have two daughters together. And are expecting a third child. Recently, an Instagram model initially alleged that she and Levine had an affair and he cheated on his wife. She reportedly shared some screenshots of messages from the superstar.

After this, two more women alleged they received messages from the singer too. Levine took to Instagram to clear the air and claimed that he did not have an affair.

Shaquille O’Neal admits it was not worth it

In the most recent episode of his podcast, ‘The Big Tree’, Shaquille O’Neal admitted that he doesn’t want to speak about the alleged cheating issue. During the show, he also admitted that he personally knows Adam Levine. Shaq also regretted cheating because he lost his family doing it. So Turner wanted to know whether it was worth losing everything. Co-host Spice Adams noted that there were no concrete proofs of Levine cheating and added there were only some flirty messages leaked so far.

Answering Turner, O’Neal said, “No. It is not worth it. Let me tell you why. The happiest days of my life was coming home and hearing six different people say ‘Daddy’. Happiest days of my life. Forget the money, forget the cars, even forget the championships.”

The Los Angeles Lakers legend regretted losing some important years of his children growing up because of his mistakes. He admitted that it was the worst time of his life and felt worse. Shaq stated that he still feels worse when he is all alone in his huge mansion without his children around. The four-time champion also stated that he built the mansion for his children with all the facilities but lost the opportunity to live with them because of his actions.

Shaq’s advice can inspire a lot of people to not repeat his mistakes.
