The Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal has earned some bragging rights after his physical transformation recently. NBA players tend to let it loose after their playing days. But Shaq is doing quite the opposite. He has put in the work to get ripped and shredded once again after his playing days.

O’Neal is a seven-foot giant who weighs more than 300 pounds. But by the looks of his latest body transformation, you couldn’t tell whether he weighed that much. One of the most dominant big men in the league is dominating once again.

Shaquille O’Neal is already bragging

One look at how Shaq looks now and you cannot tell that this man is a 50-year-old guy. Recently, O’Neal went to Instagram to post his bodybuilder-like physique. And he did that while being on his podcast, ‘The Big Podcast With Shaq.’

He told his co-hosts that he posted a video on his Instagram with the caption “ThotDaddyThursday Starts Today.” And as soon as he did that, he had a message for the American actress Sherri Sheperd.

After posting the video O’Neal Said, “Hey Sherri Shepherd, this video is for you boo-boo.” And as soon as Shaq said that, it seemed as if host Nischelle Turner was about to jump out of her seat.

As the video took a bit longer to go live on O’Neal’s Instagram feed, host Spice Adams joked about how he must’ve posted it on his burner account. And even Turner chimed in saying, “It’s gonna come up on Ben Simmons is a bum, that’s what his burner is.”

And Shaq and Spice could not help but laugh out loud as soon as they heard that. But back to O’Neal’s transformation and physique. Numerous celebrities took notice and commented on his video.

Even Shaq’s son Shareef O’Neal commented on his father flexing on Instagram. Shareef commented, “ThotDaddyThursday is crazy.” Clearly, both have a bond that is much more than just father and son.

The world waiting on a response from Sherri

O’Neal isn’t afraid to call someone out or say outrageous things out loud. In fact, he feeds off of it and manages to pull it off with ease. Now let’s see if this message reaches actress Sherri Shepherd.
