She has also been noted to have done quite a few charity-related works. She works actively with her father’s foundations, the Shaquille O’Neal foundation, and Shaq-a-clause. 

In January 2022, Taahirah bought her first house. She made the announcement on her Instagram page. The post included pictures of the house and a video of young Shaq in a Lakers jersey saying, “Her name is Taahirah O’Neal.” Taahirah has built a successful career of her own and is now a bona fide millionaire.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, she graduated magna cum laude in 2019 from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta. 

Shaq and his mother were present at the graduation ceremony. During her graduation party, Shaq also gave a small speech where he spoke about how proud he was of his daughter. He also expressed his love for her and said, “I am looking forward to you going to law school, earning your master’s, and taking over my company so that I can retire.” 

The father-daughter duo is close. Taahirah addresses her father as her partner in crime. She also supports Shaq’s career as a DJ. On Instagram, she posted a video of Shaq performing at a club. She captioned it, “@djdiesel isn’t a regular dad, he’s a cool dad #takeyourkidtoworkday.”
