Thanks to his exploits on the court and his massive fan following, Shaquille O’Neal is one of the most recognizable faces in the world. Moreover, his rants and opinions, on Inside the NBA show and his popular podcast, are always taken well by the fans.
In the recent episode of The Big Podcast with Shaq, he gives some relationship advice. Talking about the best and worst parts of a relationship, Shaq had a lot to say.
He said, “The problem with some of these people is they fall in love with conversation. The conversation is the main thing in a relationship that can be sabotaged… If you cant look at a person and look into them… talking is the number 1 way to sabotage it.”
Shaq adds, “The best part of a relationship is the beginning. And the worst part is the ending. If you can maintain from the beginning, you’ll be like our parents and grandparents, married 30, 40, 50, 60 years.” Shaq knows all about relationships as he himself has a long history of dating women both during and after his glorious NBA days.

Shaquille O’Neal has dated many women. However, his ex-wife Shaunie remains to only person Shaq ever married. The two have had four children together before eventually splitting up in 2011.
The two met in 1996 when Shaq joined the Los Angeles Lakers. After dating for a few years, the two finally tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2002. Unfortunately, the two had their differences, and they filed for a divorce in 2009, which led to their legal splitting in 2011.
