Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals between the Los Angles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors was a highly anticipated matchup. To relive the LeBron James-Stephen Curry face-off, the game was attended by fans in huge numbers. It was a rather star-studded affair as celebrities namely Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Zach Nicholson were seen to be in attendance. Among them was comedian Kevin Hart who got seemingly engaged in a brief trash-talk with Warriors’ defensive ace Draymond Green.

The Lakers are currently in the lead by a 2-1 tally after LeBron James and Co. defeated the defending champions in Game 3 on Saturday night.

Draymond Green engages in a courtside banter

Back in the 2016 NBA All-Star break, Kevin Hart was challenged by Draymond Green in a 3-point shooting competition. Hart, who stands 5’4 tall showed no hesitation against the 6’7 forward star. Seven years after the “Ride Along” star tied Green in the three-point contest, the duo got into yet another ‘face-off’ during the Saturday night game.?

In a muted video shared by Warriors on NBCs, Green was seen talking to someone in the crowd before he eventually locked his eyes on Hart who was seated on the courtside. The duo engaged in a playful banter before they shook hands and concluded their brief conversation.

The 4x NBA champion has shown his leadership and passion for the game on the court. His strong defense and intensity had brought him into many altercations with his rivals on the court.

Green and Hart battle it out during the All-Star break

In 60 seconds, Green made eight long-range shots putting up 11 points on the scoreboard. Green followed Hart to intimidate him but allowed him his space to shoot. Hart missed his first five shots and everybody thought he was about to lose. However, the People’s Choice award recipient made the same amount of shots as Green, putting up 13 points on the board. In addition to this, he made his last shot a buzzer-beater. Hart tied the competition but was awarded a ribbon instead of a trophy which the Warriors star received.

For an individual, with no professional basketball training, to defeat a 4x NBA All-Star was undoubtedly amusing for fans to watch.
