Last night, the Memphis Grizzlies got their fifth consecutive win after defeating the Orlando Magic. Their cornerstone player, Ja Morant was the main attraction of the night and was once again able to come to everyone’s notice with his crazy plays on the court. However, he made an honest admission on his social media regarding one crazy play that grabbed the attention of the hoops universe, making them talk a lot about it online.

Morant made a circus shot on the hardwood last night. The All-Star pulled off the shot after taking four or five steps which boggled the mind of many fans.

Interestingly, soon the 23-year-old himself gave an honest answer to the question on Twitter. He reshared the viral video of his shot with the caption, “Travel”.

Ja Morant is currently in fantastic form this season. He is averaging around 27.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 8.0 assists so far this season. Therefore, the Magic also got to see a glimpse of his miraculous form last night. The All-Star was one of the most instrumental players for the Grizzlies on Friday night.

He was the highest scorer for the team on the night and finished the 115-123 win with 32 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. Just behind him on the scoring sheet was Jaren Jackson Jr., who scored 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 1 assist on the night. For the Magic, number one overall draft pick Paolo Banchero dropped 30 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Apart from that, Morant also stole the ball once, leading to a turnover. With this win, the Grizzlies are now in 2nd place on the Western Conference table with a 25-13 record.
