Harden is one of the most lethal offensive players in the league’s long history. But in the past few seasons, the former MVP has been merely a shadow of himself, dealing with constant hamstring injuries. That changed in the off-season when a determined James Harden was at full display. Apart from taking a massive pay cut to allow the Sixers to create a competing roster, he transformed into his peak physical condition.

As soon as the season began, the old James Harden made fans go mental. Unfortunately, injuries have come his way from returning to the top. Suffering from a right foot tendon sprain, and he could be out for a month.

As the championship hopes slowly look blurred with injuries to their top two stars, the fans were left heartbroken. They reacted to the news with a clear hint of strife.
The Sixers are truly in a hell of their own. Joel Embiid remains out with an illness, and there is no timetable for his return. And if things couldn’t get worse, Harden could miss out on the crucial part of the season. Before going down, he was averaging 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists per night. For now, the burden falls on a young Tyrese Macey who has stepped up his offensive game in the absence of Joel Embiid. Putting up a career-high 24.2 points per game, Philadelphia will look to the 21-year-old to keep them afloat. In addition, fans will hope to see Embiid back and in his full fury soon.
