In the early weeks of December, the Golden State Warriors faced the Chicago Bulls at their home, Chase Centre. Dubnation erupted in cheer throughout the game, while Jordan Poole (30 points) and Klay Thompson (26 points) led the Warriors to an 8-point victory. The Warriors saw contributions coming from all members of the team. Stephen Curry bagged 19 points while Draymond Green knocked a couple of three-pointers – indicating that he was getting back into his groove. Considering the sluggish start to their season, this was a much-needed win for the defending champions. While the win is long gone, one moment from the game continues to be the talk of the town.

The game revolved around Anthony Lamb, who is on a two-way contract with the Warriors. Through the course of the season, Lamb has proved to be a valuable addition to the team. On several occasions, Coach Steve Kerr focused on showering heaps of praise on the youngster. With that said, one moment from the game against the Bulls left the Warriors’ bench, and NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal was perplexed.
Klay Thompson and Shaquille O’Neal on Anthony Lamb’s shenanigans
During one play, Bulls Point Guard Goran Dragic aimed to pass the ball to one of his teammates near the paint. However, his movement was hampered by Anthony Lamb blocking his pathway. While Lamb dedicated his full energy to guarding Dragic, he yelped loudly. This scream was uncalled for and took everyone by surprise.
The Warriors’ bench was left in splits following this play. Moses Moody fell on Klay Thompson’s back while Jonathan Kuminga covered his face after pushing Moody and JaMychal Green to side. Green chuckled loudly. However, Thompson’s face was one to watch out for. He looked confused and weirded out by the scream.
