If Michael Jordan was the elder brother, Scottie Pippen was the younger one. Without Pippen, Jordan probably wouldn’t have been able to win his six rings. Vice versa might be true as well if you see 1994 and 1995. So, it was to very sad to see Pippen being bitter toward Jordan in recent times. His comments toward Jordan have not been charitable at all. Jordan hasn’t responded to Pippen’s comments yet, but I doubt there is any goodwill coming from him. Their relationship was considered very “cold” recently as well.

But despite of all the mud slinging by Pippen, he didn’t hesitate to say that he will play with Michael Jordan again. ?Yes! I would play with only Michael Jordan,? Pippen stated it while smiling. It looks like he had no regrets playing with “His Airness”.
He admitted recently that they weren’t really nice to each other during their playing days. But they didn’t let it affect their game. The duo was one of the best in the NBA and had won championship rings and many other accolades together. Hence, it was hard for fans to see them fighting.

The Chicago Bulls Team of the 90s was a true archetype of a super team. Coached by the legendary Phil Jackson and led by the likes of Jordan, Pippen and Dennis Rodman. Pippen and Jordan were the deadly duo that led the Bulls to six championships, the highest in the NBA outside of the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers.

For the Bulls, they achieved two three peats: from 1991 to 93 and from 1996 to 98. Pippen’s career saw him average 16.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game. He is a seven time All Star and is a Hall of Famer. Jordan’s accomplishments speak for itself: highest points per game ever in the NBA with a tally of 30.1 points. He averages 6.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game in his career. Jordan is a 14-time All-Star, 10-time scoring champ and five-time MVP and is a first ballot Hall of Famer.
