Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen were the dynamic duo of the 1990’s. They have together won six NBA championships. Moreover, they were always known as “the Batman and Robin of NBA”. Pippen’s legacy is very attached to Jordan, according to fans. Pippen, nowadays, begs to differ. During his book launch, he attacked his old teammate over his documentary, ” The Last Dance” and his attitude, in general. While Jordan has never replied to any of the jibes, Pippen still attacks him over their past. It is now no secret what feelings Pippen harbors for Jordan after their years together.

So, it was no surprise when he picked a player who embarrassed Jordan during an exhibition match in 1986. The context of this is an interview that Pippen recently gave to the French channel, Trash Talk Production. Here, he was asked a question by the interviewer, Basten Fontaneu, about which two-three players were hard to guard when he was with the Chicago Bulls. He said, “I’m gonna say Dominique Wilkins, Adrian Dantley, Magic (Johnson)“.

A twitter account recently resurfaced a short video where Michael Jordan was absolutely left hanging by Wilkins. It was during an exhibition match at St. Louis in 1986. It is a wild video but Wilkins, too, was a world-class player with great handles.
