In September 2022, Westbrook listed his modern-day LA mansion for sale. A month later, he signed a 37 million dollar cheque and purchased a mansion in the Westside of Los Angeles. The mansion is located right opposite LeBron James? residence; making Westbrook and LeBron neighbours.?

He bought this 13,500-square-foot abode from Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone and her husband, Sam Palmer. In 2019, Petra Ecclestone purchased this property for 22.7 million dollars. After renovating the house, they sold it to Westbrook?s family and earned a profit.?
The house was an off-market sale. Hence, the features and details of the mansion are not available to the public. However, some reports suggest that Westbrook?s new residence is a modern farmhouse-style mansion with eight bedrooms, 13 baths, and a huge backyard. But what is certain is that Westbrook is all set to become LeBron James? neighbour.?

The Lakers have had a tough start to the season. While their fan base blamed Westbrook for this shaky start, LeBron had his back through and through.?
