A video of Los Angeles Lakers superstars LeBron James and Russell Westbrook and head coach Darvin Ham giving an encouraging speech to their teammates is making the rounds online recently. This was following the team’s latest victory against the Sacramento Kings. However, it appears the fans had a lot to say about Westbrook’s remarks following James’ encouraging statement. Many fans felt Westbrook’s words does not match the four-time champion’s energy. Some fans even accused Westbrook doesn’t care about winning.
In the midst of a discussion with Ham said, “We know in this room what we can be. We just gotta keep stacking and keep building, keep building things the right way. Being together, being competitive, being aggressive, Let’s keep this going…”

James added, “Let’s get greedy, let’s get real greedy.” However, after this 6’4″ guard said something that caused quite a stir online.

This season, the Lakers had a rough start, but as the season progresses they are improving. From their win over the Charlotte Hornets, they now have five straight wins. The team only had to win three more games without losing to reach .500. At the moment, the team sits 11th in the Western Conference.
There are only a few days left before the trade deadline. Lakers fans would be hoping the squad would be strengthened to avoid repeating what happened last season.
