Continuing, he mentioned saying: “I think he’s doing it just….it’s like because they can’t get high right now because they got to get tested really soon but it’s just like somebody smoked a bunch of weed and said you should put a dress on and let’s take pictures and see what happens when you post it. And that’s what it seems like he’s literally saying I don’t care.” Salley said.
