Retired NBA Winner With Miami Shockingly Asserts That Lebron James Won’t Be Remembered for Heat Career

Undoubtedly one of the greatest players in the NBA is LeBron James. Unlike players like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant who spent most of their career in one team, LeBron has traveled across the league. Safe to say, he has left his mark on all the teams he has played as he has won titles with all of them.

Although many regard LeBron James’ stint in the Miami Heat to be the greatest, a former Heat player thinks otherwise. According to Jason Williams, LeBron should be attached to the Cleveland Cavaliers and not the Heat when talking about his distinguished career.

Whenever someone talks about LeBron James, one cannot ignore his time in the Miami Heat. He formed one of the best trios with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh and won 2 titles. Moreover, he had some of his most iconic moments with the team, like game 6 against the Boston Celtics.

Although many think James’ time in the Heat to be his best, a former Heat player thinks differently. When asked about which team should fans associate LeBron with, Jason Williams had a lot to say. According to him, “I think you gotta attach LeBron with the Cavs like you have to attach my name with the Sacramento Kings. LeBron James is connected with Cleveland to me, in my opinion.”

In all fairness, Williams is not completely wrong. LeBron James is undoubtedly the best Cleveland Cavaliers player ever who guided them to their first NBA title in 2016.

LeBron is definitely the best player the Cleveland Cavaliers have ever produced. Despite that fact, LeBron’s best time certainly came in the Miami Heat. Interestingly enough, LeBron joined the Heat from the Cavs after not being able to guide his team to a title.

After joining the Heat in 2010, he joined an incredible team comprising talents like Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. For the Cavs, James averages 27.2 points, 7.3 assists, and 7.3 rebounds in 11 seasons.
