The Dallas Mavericks are on the lookout for attacking options. Luka Doncic’s side needs some backup options, in case one of them has an off night. Toronto Raptors’ Kyle Lowry was a shining spark in the side’s lackluster outing last year. Averaging over 17 points, the guard can be a key asset to any side that acquires him. And the Mavericks have their eyes open.
Mavericks to pursue Kyle Lowry after NBA Draft
Kyle Lowry is one of the most experienced players to still feature in the NBA. Having dominated the league for over 15 years, it is no surprise that more than one team still desires Lowry. The yellow army has apparently expressed interest in the wily competitor, and inside sources have also claimed that Lowry himself has shown intent to play for the Lakers. Another side in the fray are the New Orleans Pelicans, who have cleared up space for the acquisition of Kyle Lowry. Provided the player gives a thumbs up on joining the Pelicans, they would be open to going all in for the veteran. An outer possibility is the Philadelphia 76ers, but there is nothing concrete on the same as of now.
