LA Lakers are looking to reinforce their roster

According to reports, they are looking forward to signing two superstars. Ben Simmons of Philadelphia 76ers has been looking to relocate all season with several teams showing interest. The Philadelphia guard offers a triple-double threat while also being an elite defender. Los Angeles Lakers have joined the ranks of New York Knicks, Portland Trail Blazers, and Cleveland Cavaliers in the race to sign Simmons.

Another interesting rumor around the Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant is doing the rounds. “Jerami Grant is one of the most sought-after players in a potential trade, with the Lakers and [Portland] Trail Blazers among the teams pursuing the Pistons’ versatile forward, sources said,” according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Grant averages 20.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists this season. He definitely will be a good addition to a Lakers side lacking firepower up front.
