Jusuf Nurkic had one of his better seasons in the NBA in terms of numbers. However, the moment of the season, unfortunately, would be when he lost his cool and threw a fan?s phone away. Earlier this season, an Indiana Pacers fan who was seated courtside, allegedly said some ill-mannered things about Nurkic?s mother and grandmother. Nurkic had recently lost his grandmother and understandably could not control himself from taking such an action.?
The Trail Blazers star lost his cool and acted in anger. While it is understandable why he would take this road, it is also something that can not be done. For an NBA star, throwing someone?s phone would obviously entail consequences even if it is a reaction to something intolerable. There is no law for speaking the things one should not say, but there can be legal consequences when there is physical contact and/or like in this case, damage of property.

NBA fans react in support of Jusuf Nurkic
The video of the viral moment does not include the words that led to the reaction from Portland Trail Blazers? center. Steven Geske is a lacrosse coach at Zionsville High School. He is also suing Yahoo?s Chris Haynes after having his phone thrown at the Pacers game. The fans on Twitter weren?t having any of it and supported Nurkic during the incident.

There’s no law allowing you to vandalize someone’s property because they said something about your grandma. It’s not right of course but you don’t get to throw peoples stuff because they said a mean thing.
