Meanwhile, the 34-year-old’s trolling elicited the attention of NBA fans, making them reflect on the affair on social media.

The 34-year-old veteran who trolled Dame’s signature celebration is none other than Patrick Beverley. The two athletes have a long-standing beef, and last night it was evident that both of them still haven’t settled their beef yet.

In the first half, Beverley and Lillard had a heated argument at the free-throw line which earned Beverly a technical foul. However, when the Lakers turned the entire scenario around by completing the 25-point comeback, the 34-year-old didn’t hold back. He mocked Lillard’s signature celebration style ‘Dame Time’. The Lakers guard faced the crowd and tapped on his wrist several times, wittily suggesting that the imaginary watch was broken.

On Sunday night, the 6’2″ star was superb defensively on the hardwood. He finished the game with 4 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists in 29 minutes.

The four-time NBA champion finished the 112-121 win over the Trail Blazers with 37 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists. Following last night’s win, the Lakers currently sit in 12th place on the Western Conference table with a 22-25 record so far this season.
