He won five titles, made 18 All-star appearances, and was a 2-time Finals MVP. Earning himself thousands of fans, any Kobe merchandise was a huge hit during his era.

If it wasn’t evident enough, the Mamba had signed massive deals with Nike along the way. He also had personalized merchandise from the company, which was successful. Back in 2008, Bryant was part of an iconic clip, in which he promotes his shoes.

As seen in the clip, the Lakers legend first puts on the shoes. Standing in the middle of the street, he hilariously repeats, “I got this!” Following this, he walks up and steadies himself, signaling to someone ahead in the process. In the unforgettable moment that followed, an Aston Martin race car come steaming past, while the ace basketball star leaps over it.
