However, the chances of owning a pair of LeBron’s shoes may be more possible. A rare LeBron James-Michael Jordan memorabilia has gone up for auction and has been reported to fetch a hefty 6-figure amount.

A pair of black and white Jordan Jumpman Swift 6s worn by a much younger LeBron James are reportedly being auctioned. Heritage Auctions is taking charge of the deal.

The shoes that won Lebron James the state title in his freshman year

These shoes were what LeBron James wore, during his high school years. But the cherry on the cake is these are the exact shoes that won him the state title in his freshman year at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio.

According to TMZ Sports, the estimated price of these shoes is a whopping $200,000.

Heritage Auctions stated that the sneakers were eventually gifted to LeBron’s stepfather, Eddie Jackson over 20 years ago. Jackson added that LeBron had actually signed the shoes after a momentous game. It was the turning point for LeBron James as this catapulted him to national attention.

He had written, “23” and “1999-2000 State Champs” on the size 14 Michael Jordan shoes. The proud owner of the shoes will also get the shoes in their original box along with a photo of LeBron James playing in the same championship with the same shoes.

LeBron’s well documented history of generosity

His merchandise is so coveted by his fans, they often shell big bucks to procure it. According to Daily Mail, “an unsigned, game-worn jersey from the 2020-21 All-Star game was bought for $250,140“. A trading card of LeBron allegedly sold for $5.2 million.
