The ‘Inside The NBA’ hosts often get into silly arguments over situations. Granted that these tussles and arguments often get the viewers laughing, which is also why they keep tuning back in for the show. But a recent claim made by NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal regarding the championship game in college football has fans warning him on social media to not go through with his idea.
The Georgia Bulldogs are set to face off against the TCU Horned Frogs in the championship game in the coming days. And according to Shaq, if Georgia ended up beating TCU then the seven-footer will eat a horned frog.

Why Shaquille O’Neal cannot go through with his wager
For those who are unaware, the horned frog is considered an endangered species in the state of Texas since 1977. Pesticides and the arrival of fire ants have resulted in a decrease in the population of these horned frogs.

And fans are warning O’Neal not to go through with it as it is illegal to consume a horned frog and might end up facing repercussions.
One fan tweeted, “Shaq, we’re pretty confident that it’s illegal to eat a horned frog.”

The battle to win it all
The Georgia Bulldogs have gone undefeated this season, with a record of 14-0. Whereas the Horned Frogs have only lost one game in their season, bringing up their season record to 13-1 as they get ready to face each other off.
Now, it seemed as if O’Neal is awfully confident that TCU will hand Georgia their first and only loss of this season in the championship game. No wonder he made such a strong wager, that too on live television.
