After an unfortunate event that took the life of a cop in late 2021, Shaq stepped in to help. He offered a huge reward for anyone who would help the police in order to catch the absconded shooter.

He went through the standard procedure of becoming a cop. According to sources, he applied to become a Doral Reserve Officer. Furthermore, the city spokesperson stressed the fact that Shaq needs to go through all the standard procedures.
After passing all his tests, O’Neal finally achieved his long-term dream of becoming a cop.
