The sharpshooters of the Golden State Warriors going up against NFL stars in Capital One?s The Match has been a hot topic these past few days in the offseason. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson faced off against Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce on the golf course. The matchup was quite anticipated, so much so that Draymond Green went ahead and placed a $10,000 bet on his teammates.

Draymond Green had his teammates’ back on the golf course with his expertise in trash-talking. Green even went so far as to place a bet on the NBA stars coming out on top. However, fans were not impressed with the amount he chose to place the bet with.

Draymond Green loses a wager to a two-time NFL champ

The Kansas City Chiefs had the last laugh in their matchup against NBA stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Amid all the trash-talking, jokes and entertainment, the Warriors guards were sure of their victory ahead of the matchup.

Curry even predicted that Travis Kelce would end up causing a blunder due to his constant talking. Unfortunately for the four-time NBA champions, not only did Kelce and Mahomes win the matchup, but they did so with absolute ease.

However, before the matchup, Draymond Green decided it was safe to place a bet on his teammates for winning their match against the NFL stars. He went ahead and placed a bet with two-time NFL champion Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills.

The interviewer talked about the friendly wager between Miller and Green ahead of the matchup. That is when Miller revealed that the bet was for $10,000. When she asked Draymond about his thoughts, he said, ?So, as you know, I?m rolling with the four-time champions because two times is just not enough.?

Fans were not impressed with the wager’s amount

The wager between Von Miller and Draymond Green ended in favor of the two-time NFL champion. However, fans were not impressed with Green?s sneaky diss or the amount of money they put up for the bet.
