Oprah’s first question to Michael Jordan was, “Did you smell me?”. Jordan was left a little red-faced but Oprah clarified her statement. She told him that she was wearing ‘Michael Jordan’s Air’, a recently released cologne by ‘His Airness’ himself. According to her, it was, “so clean, so fresh”. Her next question was a little more cheeky.
She asked MJ, “Do you realize how big you are? I don’t mean in size”, she was cut off as the audience burst into laughter. She again clarified her statement and asked, “Do you realize the enormity of your fame?”. MJ told her it was sometimes hard for him to do certain things in public, “When I can’t do basic things like, I can’t move around, I can’t go to the grocery store, I can’t get out of the car and pump the gas”.
