The official Google Pixel ad by the billion-dollar company revolved around the smartphone’s new feature. It enabled its users to remove certain objects and people from the photos and also ‘unblur’ the blurry pictures. The commercial featured Hollywood actress Amy Schumer, singer-songwriter Doja Cat, and NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. Showcasing the new attributes in Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, the Milwaukee Bucks star erased himself from a pretty embarrassing photo that was taken during the 2022 Conference Semifinals against the Boston Celtics.

In the ad, Antetokounmpo was in a post-game media conference where a reporter asked him about Jaylen Brown’s iconic dunk on the Bucks superstar. The ‘journalist’ asked, ‘Giannis, what about that dunk in the third quarter’. In response, a smug Giannis showed the altered image of the memorable dunk, erasing his image from the poster, and asked, ‘What dunk?‘

Giannis Antetokounmpo is only one of the many NBA stars who have been posterized by Jaylen Brown. The Milwaukee Bucks played against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals last year and Brown’s dunk on Antetokounmpo took place during the third quarter in Game 1. While the Bucks managed to defeat Jayson Tatum’s Celtics by 101-89, it was the dunk that ended up becoming the highlight of the game.
