NBA superstar Nikola Jokic is having the time of his career right now. Jokic’s side, the Denver Nuggets outplayed the Los Angeles Lakers in the first game of the Western Conference Finals. At the heart of the win was Jokic’s sixth triple-double performance of this postseason with 34 points, 21 rebounds and 14 assists. Following the win and the iconic display, one of Nikola Jokic’s teammates showered praises on him. While doing so, the Nuggets star made a bizarre claim about the Joker, comparing him to LeBron James.
Nuggets star Kentavious Caldwell-Pope played his part in the Game 1 win with 21 points. However, it is not KCP’s performance that is turning fans’ heads, but an admission he made after the game. The 2020 NBA champion seemed candid about a difference between Nikola Jokic and LeBron James. Fans, however, do not seem to have enjoyed hearing KCP’s opinion that much.

“I feel like the only difference is that Bron can jump higher than Jokic. That is the only difference I can see. I just love playing with Jokic man,”?said Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in response. Besides, KCP revealed how much he admires the Joker’s passing skill-set.
Meanwhile, a reporter pointed out KCP’s take to Nikola Jokic and asked him if his and LeBron’s gameplays are similar. “That’s really offensive… I am joking. I mean to be compared with one of the best ever or the best ever. I think it is really cool,” Jokic replied. The Serbian star added that he and LeBron are not similar, and they impact the game differently.
