Draymond Green is not an easy person to impress. As he himself plays at a very high level, the expectations are set accordingly.
However, 20-year-old star Jonathan Kuminga managed to impress the 4x NBA champion after achieving this monstrous feat. Green posted several clips from their game against the Pelicans on his Instagram story. One of those clips was of Kuminga showcasing his brilliant athleticism. The 33-year-old veteran had tossed the ball which was caught by Kuminga in the air and buried into the basket.
What’s impressive about the play was that Herb Jones was right there as a rim protector during the alley-oop, but his jump was overshadowed by Kuminga’s giant leap. Posting the snapshot on his story, Green made a vow to show that to his grandkids. He wrote, “I’m going to show this to my grandkids and tell them… they both jumped.” Green also added a laughing emoji which shows how impressed he was with the unbelievable show of athleticism by the young talent.
