As per NBA Insider Jake Fischer, the primary trade package offered by the Los Angeles Lakers is centered around Patrick Beverley, Kendrick Nunn, and a future first-round pick. The lack of consistency and performance from Beverley and Nunn might be the reason why the Lakers want to trade them.

As per the report, “Report: Lakers? primary trade package is centered around Kendrick Nunn, Patrick Beverley and 1st-round pick.”

Moreover, the NBA Insider reported that the Lakers were in negotiations with Detroit Pistons regarding Bodan Bogdanovic. However, the Pistons were keen on holding back Bogdanovic for a more lucrative draft asset. The Pistons forward is averaging 21 PPG while shooting 43.7% beyond the arc and 50.8% overall. Thus, the Lakers might be eyeing Bogdanovic who has shown some impressive shooting skills this season.

As per sources, the Lakers are willing to trade Kendrick Nunn and Patrick Beverley for a better three-point shooter. Beverley was acquired by the Lakers during the offseason from Utah Jazz in exchange for Talen Horton-Tucker and Stanley Johnson.
