The debate about which team was superior between the 2015-16 Golden State Warriors and the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls has been an intense one. Only these two star-studded squads have surpassed the 70-win threshold in the NBA’s glorious history. For years, comparisons have been drawn between the teams; however, Dennis Rodman argued that no team is getting past his Bulls.
The Warriors concluded the 2015-16 regular season with a 73-9 record, topping the Bulls’ previous record of 72-10. However, the Bulls went on to win the championship while the Warriors encountered embarrassment against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

Talking with TMZ following the Warriors’ loss to the Cavs, Dennis Rodman made it clear that his 1995-96 Bulls were the greatest squad ever assembled. He was asked what he thought of a simulated prediction that had the Warriors winning 83 games in the 2017 season. Right off the bat, the five-time NBA champion said that it didn’t matter.
One of the NBA front offices ran simulations in the off-season based on player values for the 2017 season. Interestingly, the Warriors, who had added Kevin Durant to the mix, broke the system, as they were predicted to win 83 games.
Rodman continued to blast the Warriors, adding, “Well, guess what? They won 73, but guess what, that didn’t finish well right?”
He then went on to express his love for Warriors head coach and former teammate Steve Kerr. The Bulls legend then added, “Super teams don’t win s**t, unless you win the ring.” Rodman was then asked if the Warriors are as good as his Bulls.?“I don’t give a s**t about that,” he said. “No one’s ever going to be as good as us, the Bulls…no one’s going to be as good as us.”
Rodman is unquestionably confident in the Chicago Bulls‘ winning?prospects against any team in NBA history.
As Dennis Rodman said, it didn’t end well for the Warriors
