All eyes are on the Los Angeles Lakers as they continue their battle to make it to the playoffs. The new-look team, which has been on a mission ever since the All-Star break, has received a lot of attention following their performances. With yet another crucial game, the Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Phoenix Suns today. Even though LeBron James is out with an injury, the stars were in attendance to watch the Lakers battle the Suns. 

With all games remaining on the schedule being crucial for the Los Angeles Lakers, Anthony Davis, Austin Reaves, and D’Angelo Russell continue to dominate, contributing in every way possible. 

Celebrities showed out as the Lakers faced the Phoenix Suns

The Anthony Davis-led Lakers have made a statement with their two-way performances over the past few weeks. After the team revealed that LeBron might not return for the regular season, AD took things into his own hands. However, the Suns are not a piece of cake to pass through. Standing as the fourth seed in the same Western Conference, the Suns are close to clinching a playoff spot even without their main star Kevin Durant. 

Though fans’ favorites LeBron James and Kevin Durant were not available for the game, both teams went on to put on a show for their fans. Joining the fans to witness the crucial face-off, famous American actor Jeremy Piven was seated courtside. Moreover, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. also graced the arena, who was joined by American rapper Lil Wayne and his son.

AD has leveled up his game ever since his return from a leg injury. Following his crucial performances, the 6’10 star recorded 27 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists, along with Austin Reaves’s 25 points and 11 assists to seal the win. Shooting efficiently outside the line, D’Angelo Russell scored 26 points.
