Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is currently taking time off the court. The ‘Baby Faced Assassin’ sustained a leg injury on February 4 and was sidelined for a number of weeks. After being ruled out of the All-Star game, he chose to attend an NCAA tournament that took place a day after the All-Star Weekend showdown. The 4x NBA champion attended the Stanford Cardinals vs UCLA Bruins women’s basketball game held on February 20 to support a family friend.
Curry appeared in his first-ever All-Star game in 2014, alongside basketball superstars Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant. He would have taken part in his ninth game if it hadn’t been for the unfortunate injury. Curry was ultimately replaced by Ja Morant, who was selected by Team Giannis during the All-Star Draft.
