It has been over a week since Patrick Mahomes‘ Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles to win Super Bowl LVII. The Chiefs fans rejoiced in their favorite team’s victory. On the other hand, Philly fans took to the streets to protest the outcome mostly due to a controversial call made by the refs. Consequently, millions of fans were disappointed by the defeat. However, one particular Eagles fan took it pretty hard and it didn’t help that the Super Bowl loss will now forever be ‘etched’ in his mind or rather his skin.
After missing out on the Super Bowl in the previous season by just one game, the Chiefs bounced back harder this season. Mahomes led the Chiefs to the finals after defeating their rival team, Cincinnati Bengals, and became the new champions by defeating the Eagles by 35-38.

Getting a tattoo done only to regret it days or weeks later has become a common occurrence. One such instance was when a Philadelphia Eagles fan actually thought that getting a tattoo to commemorate the Eagles before the Super Bowl would be a great idea. The fan got a tattoo of the Eagles logo and the words ‘Super Bowl 57 Champs’ written under it only to face disappointment at the end of the game.

One Twitter user commented, ‘Mahomes got Eagles fans in shambles’. Whereas, another user wrote, ‘No year on it. Honestly could?ve just waited’. Take a look at a few more of the comments.
