Tom Brady and LeBron James are two of the greatest names in their respective sports. There is something more than just greatness that connects the two. Both James and Brady have had very long careers that set them apart from everyone else. Brady, the player with the most Super Bowl rings announced his retirement after 22 years in the league recently. Interestingly, just hours prior to Brady’s big announcement, LeBron gave the fans a hint about his future.

King James’ fans can breathe a sigh of relief as it wasn’t a retirement announcement. Rather, James just confirmed that this will not be the last year in the NBA.

NBA fans are witnessing greatness from 38-year-old LeBron James. This is his 20th year in the league, which is an achievement in itself and he is still on top of his game. Not only is he one of the top performers for his team, but he is also very close to becoming the NBA’s All-Time Highest Scorer.

James wants to continue this at least for a few more years. When asked about his future at a recent press conference, the four-time NBA champion answered the question which has gripped the NBA fanbase for quite some time. He said, “I’m not going anywhere. I’m going to be in this league for at least a few more years.”

Prior to his question, LeBron answered that he is not concerned about the scoring record and is more focused on taking every game as is. He is just 89 points away from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record and is very close to breaching yet another milestone in his career.

Tom Brady shocks the world with retirement news

TB12 fans were dealt with a huge blow just days after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Taking to his social media account, Brady said, “I’ll get to the point right away. I’m retiring. For good. Thank you, guys, so much. To every single one of you. For supporting me.”

Unlike his last retirement, it seems Brady is retiring once and for all this time. He leaves the game as one of its greatest-ever players with seven Super Bowl rings and multiple other accolades.
