“Coming to Your Party Since You’re Scared”: $45 Million Worth NFL Legend Threatens Shaquille O’Neal in Hilarious Fashion

Shaquille O’Neal was destined for greatness with his insane physicality and talent like no other. However, have you ever imagined him in the NFL? The former NBA champion is an ardent fan of the sport and has been spotted watching NFL games in the past. During an interview, he actually revealed what position he will be playing in case he ever decides to get out of retirement and try a new sport.

Interestingly, he revealed his position would be a tight end and he’ll be the ‘black Gronk’. In case you are wondering, Gronk is the nickname of NFL legend Rob Gronkowski who happens to be good friends with Shaq. Replying to Shaq’s claim on Instagram, Gronk had an apt reply and teased the fans regarding a possible meet-up.

NFL legend replies to Shaquille O’Neal after the latter’s bold claim

Four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal is famous for hosting huge parties. In just about a month’s time, he will be hosting Shaq’s Fun House which will feature names like Snoop Dogg, Diplo, and Shaq himself! He will be performing as DJ Diesel in his annual music carnival before the Super Bowl weekend.

It seems sports fans will be elated as another sporting legend recently confirmed his presence. It is none other than the NFL legend Rob Gronkowski who is worth around $45 million.

He shared a video of Shaq wherein the Los Angeles Lakers legend is asked about his position on the field if he tries his hands in the NFL.

Shaq replied, “I’d play tight end and be the black Gronk.” When asked whether he’ll be better than Rob Gronkowski or not, he simply replied, “I’d be the black Gronk.”

Replying to this video on his Instagram story, Gronkowski wrote, “I love you @shaq, you’re the best, and I’m coming to your party now since you are scared.”

It seems the former Super Bowl winner confirmed his presence when O’Neal hosts his super party later this year in Phoenix before the Super Bowl weekend.

The two sporting legends have a huge fan following which they put to good use in 2020. Shaq’s Fun House and Gronk Beach collaborated for a fundraising virtual super party. The profits went towards the Boys & Girls Club of America and NAACP Empowerment Programs.

The lineup consisted of eminent names in the industry like Carnage, Diplo, Steve Aoki, Da Baby, and more. In spite of the star-studded lineup, the main attraction remained the face-off between Shaq and Gronk. The two former champions faced off in friendly games like HORSE, jousting, a chicken wing-eating contest, and more.
