Charles Barkley, who had a Hall of Fame career in the NBA, has achieved similar heights in the media industry as well. Despite spending most of his nights on the set of Inside the NBA?on TNT during the regular season, Barkley also finds the time to appear in other film and television projects. Consequently, over the years, the Phoenix Suns legend has met and worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.?

The humble Hall of Famer recently admitted to never taking for granted the experience of working with legends. In fact, he gave a shout-out to Samuel L. Jackson and another Hollywood stalwart after working alongside them during a recent commercial shoot.

With the NCAA March Madness a couple of fortnights away, a familiar face from the iconic Capital One March Madness commercials, Charles Barkley, recently lauded one of his co-stars. In the latest installment of the Steam Room podcast, his weekly show, Chuck, while harping on the upcoming March Madness season and his Capital One commercials, got serious all of a sudden and made a humbling admission of working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.?

The Capital One commercial crew includes NBA legends and stars like Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Sue Bird, Jenifer Garner, and others. The star-studded roster also includes Hollywood stalwarts like legendary Samuel L. Jackson and the Oscar-winning director Spike Lee.?

While expressing his admiration after working with the Pulp Fiction star, Barkley said,? “I never want to take it for granted to work with Sam Jackson. Everybody knows he is one of the best to ever do it, and it’s always an honor and a privilege to work with him. He is so great at helping me do my stuff, but I never want to take it for granted when working with someone of that magnitude.”?

After his humbling admission on the legendary actor, Barkley went on to honor the iconic Director Spike Lee in the same line. He said, “Same thing with Spike Lee, I have been working with Spike for a long time, but you know him directing and being in the spots, but I never want to take working with greatness for granted, so shout out to Samuel L. Jackson and Spike Lee. Thank those guys for being with me and making our commercials really, really good, so shout out to those guys.”
