Flau’jae Johnson dons the cap of a judge
Flau’jae Johnson is a young athlete hailing from Marietta, Georgia, who succeeded in not just one but two sports. While attending Sprayberry High School, Johnson showed her extraordinary abilities on the field and the court while playing basketball and baseball. Sprayberry retired her basketball jersey in honor of her great achievement after she set a school record with 1,615 career points.
Johnson continued with her sports career at Louisiana State University (LSU) after building on her high school accomplishments. She contributed hugely to the team’s success as a freshman while representing the LSU Tigers. Johnson was important in helping LSU win the NCAA championship, which is an incredible accomplishment for any young athlete. Meanwhile, while making hoops, she’s also a rapper.
But, this time around, she donned another hat.
On the night of the NBA Drafts, the LSU champ took it upon herself to judge the talented potential NBA stars based on their dressing style and persona.
So who was the best-dressed NBA draft for their upcoming event? Flau’jae Johnson definitely has her pick.
Johnson believes this player was the best dressed!
The official Instagram account of the NBA posted a video of Flau’jae Johnson rating the top 3 looks of the draft night.
Scoot Henderson topped the list for her. Henderson shone the brightest on his big night while being clad in a black bejeweled suit. His family was the inspiration behind the outfit. Every single element on his suit represented a member of his family.
Scoot wore a stunning grill that displays the birthstone hues of each of his siblings to honor his family. In addition, Scoot went above and beyond to respect his parents. The stones on the top of his suit are the hues of his parent’s birthstones. He also wore a chain with an “H7,” representing his six siblings and him.
Following Henderson is Keyonte George. Keyonte George wore a “burgundy zebra print” with pictures of a young George with a basketball custom tailored into the inside of the suit’s coat. He accessorized his outfit with a chain around his neck and a bracelet on one hand with a watch on the other. While Keyonte George played it relatively safe, Gradey Dick went all out.

As stated by the LSU icon herself, “He got that crazy suit on.”
Grady Dick, who was born and raised in Wichita, proudly wore a ruby red as a nod to his Kansas heritage. He jocularly compared himself to Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz”. His outfit exuded sophistication and includes a pair of handcrafted Christian Louboutin shoes “The Our Georges” and spectacles from Dolce & Gabbana. The combined cost of his glasses and shoes is over $1,500.
