Recently the Big Diesel wished his eldest son, Shareef O’Neal a happy birthday on social media last night. Moreover, the NBA fans also joined in as soon as they got to know about the birthday. They filled the comment section of Shaq’s Instagram page with their love and wishes.

The four-time champion shares a special relationship with Shareef as he is his first son. The young starlet became a year older last night and there was no shortage of wishes whether from his father or the NBA world.

In a post dedicated to Shareef, Shaq wished his eldest son on his birthday. The young prodigy turned 23 years old last night. The now 50-year-old wished his eldest son by posting several photos of them over the years. From being a toddler playing in the hands of his father to standing beside his father and Kobe Bryant, the photos showed a timeline of Shareef growing up. He captioned the photo “Happy Birthday Reef Boogie. I love you”?The 23-year-old replied to his father’s post by saying, “Love you dad !!(emojis)”

Shareef O’Neal is one of the top prospects of the NBA that might enter the league in near future. After remaining undrafted in the 2022 NBA draft, the 6’10 forward signed for the NBA G League team Ignite last year in September. G League Ignite is a development team that plays a limited schedule in G League where the players receive high-level coaching. He has currently played six games for his team with an average game time of 11 mins per game. The young starlet is currently averaging 5.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and one assist.
