The Golden State Warriors had one of the most legendary post-season runs this time around. Bringing in their fourth championship, the dynasty broke a two-year slumber from the playoffs. Moreover, it was almost poetic as Stephen Curry led the way and brought the Larry O’Brien trophy home.
His historic run won him the Conference Finals as well the NBA Finals MVP awards. However, Curry was leading by example in more than one way. When it came to his walk to the arena, the Chef showed his support to the underrepresented Black fashion designers and spread the message.

However, the Golden State Warriors star knows how to use his platform for the right reasons. And Curry has been a vocal advocate for social justice in America. He has not shied away from speaking about the ongoing issues and even rallied the Warriors to not go to the White House for their visit with Donald Trump.
